It happened in the town of Mlawa on the thirteenth of November, eighteen hundred and eighty nine at ten o’clock in the morning. Icek Szaja Tachna, shoemaker, age thirty, residing in the town of Mlawa, appeared in the presence of the witnesses Abram Moszek Etynger, age sixty seven, and Szymcha Watmacher, age thirty five, both of whom synagogue sextons residing in the town of Mlawa, and presented us a child of male gender, declaring that it was born in the town of Mlawa on the tenth of November of this year at one o’clock at night to his wedded wife Raca née Wilczek, age twenty eight. This child was given the names Izrael Josek. This document was read aloud to the ones present and signed by Us and the witnesses.
